This year Abarth will be launching the “most Abarth of all
Abarths” – the 695 Biposto. The 695 has been designed to be the ultimate street
legal race car.
Black Tie Racer
The Abarth 695 Biposto retains the shape and exterior beauty
of the 500 and 595 but inside its a completely different animal… the 1.4 T-Jet
190HP is capable of 0-62 km/h in 5.9 seconds, a top speed of 143mph and
delivers 250 nm of torque at 3000 rpm.
Lightweight, heavy hitter
One of the key points with any performance car is weight and
the already lightweight 595 (which weighed 1035kg) has been put on a strict
diet to bring the 695 down to just 997kg which means a power to weight ratio of
5.2kg/HP.
Racing as Standard
The Bisposto comes with the 1.4 T-Jet 190HP, an oval trumpet
airbox by BMC, Leather/Alcantra sports seats with shell backrests by Sabelt,
Brembo braking system, Akrapovic dual stage exhaust, internal titanium roll bar
by Poggipolini and much more. The standard model is available for only £32,990
OTR.
